Business and Government Consultant
Former President of the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council
Lucien B. Gosselin currently serves as a business and government consultant. Prior to his retirement, he was President of the Lewiston-Auburn Economic Growth Council for 18 years and the first municipal Administrator for the City of Lewiston, Maine. He received a bachelor's degree in management and organizational studies at the University of Southern Maine, Lewiston-Auburn College. He also earned a master's degree in public policy and management from the University of Southern Maine and an Executive Certificate in Community Planning and Development followed by doctoral studies in public policy from the Muskie School of Public Service.
Mr. Gosselin is a member and former Chair of the Lewiston-Auburn College Citizens Advisory Board and former adjunct faculty. His past contributions include serving on the President's Council of Visitors at University of Southern Maine, the University of Southern Maine Corporate Partners Steering Committee, the University of Southern Maine Alumni Association, the Central Maine Technical College Community Advisory Board, charter member of the University of Southern Maine Foundation, and member and chair of the former Andover College board of trustees.
