Seth Hopkins, JD

Seth Hopkins has been a part-time instructor at Kaplan University for more than five years, teaching courses such as Constitutional Law, Contracts, Torts, Legal Ethics, Real Estate Law, Intellectual Property, and Trial and Courtroom Presentation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University and practices law in Houston, Texas and throughout Louisiana. He has served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Minaldi and clerked in the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Seth was a White House intern and interned in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives. He is also a private pilot and enjoys flying.
