Preston Mighdoll has more than nine years' experience teaching at Kaplan University in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, formerly known as the School of Legal Studies, as an adjunct professor. He has taught over twelve subjects during his tenure including Contracts, Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property and Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.
Mr. Mighdoll is in private practice with the Pankauski Law Firm in West Palm Beach, Florida specializing in probate and estate litigation. Previously, he served as chief of the Economic Crimes and Crimes Against the Elderly Unit in the Office of the State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. He has trained attorneys and law enforcement in the fields of elder abuse and financial crimes locally, statewide, and nationally.
