Nancy Fioritto, MA, JD

Nancy has been an instructor in legal studies at Kaplan University since 2002. She earned a JD at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees in English literature from Kent State University and St. Michael’s College. Nancy maintains a solo practice in the Cleveland, Ohio area concentrating on estate planning and family law. She also has designed and developed training courses for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in democratization. In 2012, Nancy served as a Fulbright Senior Fellow for Providence University, Taiwan, lecturing on American law, literature, and rhetoric and composition.
