Howard Leib is an experienced intellectual property, entertainment, and general corporate lawyer. He has represented clients such as KISS, Whitney Houston, Atlantic Records, and Rhino Entertainment.
Howard holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and received his juris doctor with honors from Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the law review and moot court board. He is active in the New York Democratic Lawyers Council, chair emeritus of the Cardozo Alumni Association, and a past member of Cardozo's Board of Trustees.
Howard's work has appeared in various publications over the years, including his own weekly newsletter, BrainCamp News, and various articles in Entertainment Law and Finance, Billboard, and Goldmine. Howard served as producer of Rhino Records' critically acclaimed But Seriously… The American Comedy Box, which traces the history or American recorded comedy. Howard also produced Bob Newhart's Grammy-nominated album, Button Down Concert.
Howard has also taught for New York University, Syracuse University, Fashion Institute of Technology, National Paralegal College, and others.
