April Adams

Dr. April Adams has been teaching for 17 years in both middle school and higher education. She has 13 years of experience in online education from the perspectives of student, teacher, and instructional designer. Dr. Adams holds a bachelor’s in secondary education, master’s in educational leadership – educational technology and management systems, and a PhD in Education: Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University. Her educational research interests include Web 2.0 technologies for online learning, faculty development for online instruction, and collaborative communities. In her spare time Dr. Adams is an avid photographer and scrapbooker and loves to vacation with family.
