Satisfactory Academic Progress: To remain eligible for federal financial aid, students are required to maintain satisfactory academic progress toward completion of their program. Satisfactory academic progress standards are defined in the Academic Standards of the University Catalog.
Refund Policy: If you withdraw from the University up through the 60 percent point in any payment period and received federal financial aid in the form of grant or loan funds, federal law requires that the University, and in some cases, you, the student, return funds you did not earn to the U.S. Department of Education. The Refund Policy is defined in the Financial Information section of the University Catalog. Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Iowa residents should refer to their state-specific Enrollment Agreement. International students should refer to their international Enrollment Agreement.
Work Study: The Federal Work Study program provides jobs to eligible undergraduate and graduate students to assist them in meeting their educational requirements. For information, contact the Financial Aid Office or refer to the Kaplan University Financial Aid Information Guide above.
