Learning Center Experience
The U.S. Department of Education requires institutions to disclose certain information by program, including: occupations the program prepares students to enter; on-time graduation rate; total tuition, fees, and costs for the program; certain placement rates for program graduates; and median loan debt for program graduates. Kaplan University would like to ensure that all degree and certificate seeking students receiving federal Title IV financial aid have access to the voter registration form. Voter registration forms are located on the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) website. Forms are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
The National Voter Registration Form can be used to register U.S. citizens to vote, to update registration information due to a change of name, make a change of address, or to register with a political party. The form contains voter registration rules and regulations for each state and territory. You must follow the state specific instructions listed for your state which begins on page three (3) of the form. After completing the form, you must sign your name where indicated and send the form to your state or local office for processing.
North Dakota, Wyoming and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Guam) do not accept the National Voter Registration Form. New Hampshire accepts the form only as a request for an absentee ballot.

Satisfactory academic progress standards are defined in the Academic Standards of the University Catalog. Refund Policy: If you withdraw from the University up through the 60 percent point in any payment period and received federal financial aid in the form of grant or loan funds, federal law requires that the University, and in some cases, you, the student, return funds you did not earn to the U.S. Department of Education. The Refund Policy is defined in the Financial Information section of the University Catalog. Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Iowa residents should refer to their state-specific Enrollment Agreement. International students should refer to their international Enrollment Agreement.Work Study: The Federal Work Study program provides jobs to eligible undergraduate and graduate students to assist them in meeting their educational requirements.
