    The growing focus on the sustainability of communities and services aimed at need-based populations has increased the call for professionals to serve in these areas. To answer this call, the College offers master's degrees in psychologypublic administration, and human servicesbachelor's degrees in communication, early childhood administration, human servicesliberal studiespsychology in addictions, psychology in behavior analysis, and psychology in industrial/organizational psychology; and certificates in applied behavior analysis, addictions, autism spectrum disorders, human services, and industrial/organizational psychology.

    Help drive change or broaden your knowledge of legal issues and procedures within your current or aspirational profession. Our College offers master's degrees in legal support and services, or environmental policy; bachelor's degrees in legal studiesparalegal studies, or environmental policy and management; and an associate's degree in legal support and services. A legal secretary and paralegal certificate are also offered.

    Public  Safety  Hero Overview

    At Kaplan University, you can pursue a degree or a certificate that acknowledges your professional commitment to public safety while helping to further your career opportunities. You can choose from master’s degrees in criminal justice or homeland security and emergency management; bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice, fire science, corrections or emergency management; or you can also choose to pursue an associate's degree in criminal justice and criminology, public safety and security, or fire science.

    Introducing the Center for Public Service, an online hub of community activity designed to connect and inform Kaplan University students, faculty, alumni, and visitors interested in the field of public service. The Center promotes conversations that focus on improving individual lives and communities. The Center is also a place for Kaplan University students, faculty, and community partners to identify challenges, opportunities, and successes in the communities they serve.
