Rita Allen Brennan
Rita Allen Brennan is an adjunct faculty
member at Kaplan University. She is also the outcomes manager for Women and
Children’s Services at a midwestern hospital. She has worked in a variety of
roles including manager, clinical educator, clinical nurse specialist, and case
manager. Her specialty, in addition to maternal-child nursing, is outcomes
management, evidence-based practice implementation, and program and project
management. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and the Midwest
Nursing Research Society, and serves as a 2010 corresponding member of the
Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrical and Neonatal Nurses Research
Advisory Panel.
