Air Force University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative (AU-ABC) Program
Kaplan University partners with the Air University in support of helping Airmen who have received their associate's degree through the Community College of the Air Force work toward an approved bachelor's degree.

educational options. You will also need to use the AI Portal to apply for tuition assistance. You can visit the portal at https://aiportal.acc.af.mil/aiportal. Once there, use the Search Institutions function to find Kaplan University.

Education at Sea
Flexibility is critical for all servicemembers pursuing education. Due to limited Internet connections onboard Navy vessels, it can be even more challenging for sailors.
Kaplan University programs provide the flexibility to put your education on hold if you are deployed without access to an Internet connection. However, if you wish to study at Kaplan University while deployed please note that attendance in weekly seminars, participation on online discussion groups, and posting of weekly assignments is required. Therefore, please make sure to discuss your upcoming duty assignments with your Admissions Advisor before enrolling.

Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript (SMART)
If you have, or will, separate from service or retire after June 1, 1999, you can access your SMART transcript which is helpful in determining if your
military training, occupation, or prior coursework could help shorten your path to
a degree through awarded credit. The SMART
