This online program not only gets you there faster and with online flexibility, it allows you to select courses around your career goals or areas of interest. The degree doesn’t skip the outcomes needed to be a Kaplan University graduate—we just recognize not all learning happens in our classrooms. The program is rigorous and will help you augment existing skills while learning new ones.
The Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies offers students a liberal arts foundation by integrating courses from across the University. Students then follow their individualized learning
plan to fulfill their educational goals.
In addition, we offer a concentration in leadership for students interested in gaining the knowledge and skills that could lead to employment in diverse settings. Course topics in the leadership concentration include organizational behavior, conflict management and team dynamics, strategic communication, and
leadership in practice.

We have evaluated various occupational specialties (MOSs) to help reduce the number of credits required to earn a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies by as much as 66% depending on the skill level achieved.
