    Linnea Hall

    Dr. Linnea Hall began her professional career as a software engineer designing middleware for a multinational software firm. After working in private industry for several years, she chose to pursue a career in education. She has taught courses in information systems and computer science at Mississippi State University, Mississippi University for Women, and Northwest Mississippi Community College. 


    Dean’s Message:

    Dr. Hall has taught at Kaplan University since 2005 and currently teaches several courses in the School of Business and Information Technology at the undergraduate and graduate levels. These courses include Software Engineering, Software Applications, and Managing Technology in a Business Environment.

     In her spare time, Dr. Hall enjoys writing. She has published a novel, Love Immortal, which is a young adult paranormal fantasy, and is currently working on writing the sequel, which she hopes to publish by the end of the year. She is also writing two textbooks that she hopes to publish early next year.
