    Harla Frank

    Harla Frank is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a private practice in Colorado. She works primarily with children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, but has also conducted Functional Behavior Assessments and designed behavior plans for organizations providing services to those with a variety of disabilities. She has also served as an expert witness for Applied Behavior Analysis in the Colorado court system.

    Harla earned her associate’s degree at Southern Union State Community College in Wadley, Alabama; her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama; and her master’s degree in psychology, with a specialty in applied behavior analysis, at Florida State University, in Tallahassee, Florida.

    Harla began teaching for Kaplan University’s psychology department in December 2010. Since that time, she has taught hundreds of students—each one unique. She says, “I have been so impressed by the desire my students have to help those who are hurting. It is my job to help them achieve their dreams.”

    Harla lives in Colorado with her daughter, Kimberly, and her son, David.
