    Dr. Che Baysinger

    Dr. Che Baysinger holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from Rutgers University, and Masters and Bachelor degrees in Telecommunication from Michigan State University. She has 25 years teaching experience, with nearly six of them at Kaplan. Her areas of specialization include communication and conflict, intercultural communication, and organizational ethics.

    Her pervious outside professional work includes news reporting for a National Public Radio station and Public Information Officer for a public school district.

    Dr. Baysinger is currently a full-time faculty member in the Department of Communication at Kaplan University. She leads an upper-level course, and is adviser for Lambda Phi Eta, the National Communication Association Honor Society for students. Her professional memberships include the International Communication (ICA) association, New York State Communication Association (NYSCA), and New Jersey Communication Association. Recent scholarly activities include reviewing papers and chairing panels at ICA, and presentations at NYSCA and KU Village.
